Available again, this beautifully produced collection of fashion illustration celebrates the richness of fashion drawing in Vogue magazine. William Packer, painter, writer and art critic, has collected the very best drawings from over seventy years of Vogue for this inspired volume, which features the work of hundreds of artists, from Edouard Benito, René Bouché, and Pierre Brissaud, to Salvador Dali. Their brilliant drawings chronicle not only fashion but also, with wit and delicacy, the international social scene.
